High Res Biosolutions asked Robert DeFelice & Associates to create a new, sleek, high visibility image for its TCell table-based integrated automation system.  The prior system was very basic, flat front doors in a flat-sided, rectangular box. 

 

Our sleek solution, coupled with High Res management discussions, was to abandon the flat front box in favor of a curved facade.  The elegant curved front is extended to the lower 4 doors which included hidden hardware and hinges.  The front also includes our integrated, curved HEPA filter enclosure that allows for easy filter maintenance.  

 

We provided a complete package of handsome styling solutions, efficient mechanical engineering for all of the curved elements, lift-up window, front doors, header, side and rear sheet metal panels, HEPA filter housing, initial graphic design integrating the client's logo, DFMA 3D and 2D documentation, and vendor recommendations.
